Zero tolerance. Raizonex has a strict zero-tolerance policy against all forms of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Any content, behaviour, or account found to involve the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors will result in immediate permanent termination and mandatory reporting to law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
Raizonex is a gaming social platform that connects players with teammates. We are deeply committed to the safety and protection of children on our platform. These standards apply to all users, all content, and all features across the Raizonex app and website.

Raizonex does not permit any content, even fictional or animated, that depicts minors in a sexual manner.
Raizonex requires all users to be at least 13 years of age. Users between 13 and 17 may only use the platform with parental or guardian consent. Certain features may be restricted for users under 18.
Users are required to confirm their date of birth during account registration. Accounts where the stated age suggests the user is under 13 are automatically blocked from registration and the data is not retained.

If you encounter any content or behaviour that you believe involves the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child, please report it immediately using one of the following methods:
Tap the ⋯ menu on any profile, message, or post → select Report → choose Child Safety / CSAE. This immediately escalates to our safety team.
Send details to support@raizonex.com with the subject line "CSAE Report". Include the username, a description of the content, and any screenshots if safe to capture.
You can also report CSAM directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children at missingkids.org/cybertipline or by calling 1-800-843-5678.
UK and EU users can also report online CSAM to the IWF at iwf.org.uk/report.
We respond to all CSAE reports within 24 hours. Do not delete evidence — preserve any screenshots or information before reporting as this assists law enforcement investigations.
Raizonex complies with all mandatory reporting obligations. When we become aware of apparent CSAM or CSAE on our platform, we will:
