How do I delete my Raizonex account? ▼
Open the app → Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Your account and all personal data are permanently deleted immediately. If you no longer have access to the app, visit our
Account Deletion page to submit a request.
I can't log in to my account. What should I do? ▼
Try the "Forgot Password" option on the login screen. If you used Google or Apple Sign-In, make sure you're using the same provider you registered with. If you're still locked out, email
support@raizonex.com with your registered email address.
How do I cancel my subscription? ▼
Go to Profile → Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time. If you're having trouble, contact
support@raizonex.com.
I was charged but don't see my subscription active. What do I do? ▼
First try logging out and back in. If the issue persists, email
support@raizonex.com with your registered email address and we'll investigate with Stripe directly.
How do I report a user for harassment or inappropriate behaviour? ▼
Open their profile in the app and tap the report icon (⋯ menu). Select a reason and submit. You can also block the user to prevent further contact. For urgent safety concerns, email
support@raizonex.com with "Safety Report" in the subject.
How do I request a copy of my data? ▼

privacy@raizonex.com with "Data Request" in the subject. We will respond within 30 days as required by GDPR. Include the email address associated with your account.
My matches disappeared. Is this a bug? ▼
Matches are only removed if the other user deleted their account or unmatched you. If you believe this is a bug, email
support@raizonex.com with your gamertag and a description of what happened.
Can I get a refund on Sparks I purchased? ▼
Sparks purchases are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at
support@raizonex.com within 14 days of the charge and we'll review your case.
