How we collect, use, and protect your information
Plain English summary: Raizonex is a gaming social app. We collect your profile info, gaming preferences, and in-app activity to connect you with other gamers. We don't sell your personal data. You can delete your account and all your data at any time, directly inside the app.
Raizonex ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Raizonex mobile application and the website at raizonex.com. Raizonex is a gaming social platform that helps players find teammates and gaming partners through swipe-based matching.
For the purposes of applicable data protection law, Raizonex is the data controller of your personal information.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal effects, nor do we build advertising profiles or sell your data to third parties.
Your public profile (gamertag, avatar, bio, games, platforms, skill level, region) is visible to other users in the discover feed and on your profile page. Messages you send are visible to the recipient. You control what you include in your profile.
We share limited data with the following trusted service providers who process data on our behalf:

These providers process data only as necessary to provide their services and are bound by appropriate data processing agreements.
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our users or the public.
If Raizonex is acquired or merges with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before any such transfer and your rights will be protected.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to advertisers or data brokers. Raizonex is ad-free.
When something goes wrong in the app — a crash, a slow screen, a feature that's confusing — we need data to fix it. We use three third-party tools to help us understand how the app is performing and how people use it. None of these tools can see your messages, payment details, or password.
We use Sentry to automatically capture crash reports and error logs. When the app crashes or hits an unexpected error, Sentry records the type of error, a technical stack trace, your device type, OS version, and app version. This helps us identify and fix bugs quickly.
Sentry does not record your screen, the content of your messages, or any personal profile information. Data is retained for 90 days on our Sentry plan.
We use LogRocket to record anonymised session data — including navigation flows, tap interactions, and app state — to help us diagnose issues and understand where users get stuck.
What LogRocket does NOT record: the content of your chat messages, anything on the payment screen, your password, or your full profile details. These screens are masked at the SDK level before any data leaves your device. Sessions are linked to an internal user ID — not your email address or gamertag.
Session data is retained for 30 days on our LogRocket plan.
We use Vexo to collect anonymised usage analytics: screen views, feature interactions, session duration, and retention metrics. This data is aggregated and is not linked to your name, email, or gamertag. It helps us understand which features are used most and where we should focus improvements.
Vexo does not sell your data and stores analytics data securely in the United States. Data is retained indefinitely in aggregated form but can be deleted upon request.
You can request deletion of your analytics data by deleting your account (which triggers a data deletion request to our analytics sub-processors), or by contacting us at privacy@raizonex.com. We will pass your request to the relevant provider within 30 days.
If you are located in the EU or UK, you have the right to object to this type of processing under GDPR Article 21. To exercise this right, email privacy@raizonex.com with the subject line "GDPR Article 21 Objection". We will assess your request and respond within 30 days. Note that opting out of crash reporting may affect our ability to diagnose issues affecting your account.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account:
Notifications are automatically deleted after 90 days via a database TTL policy. Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics may be retained indefinitely.
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Update or correct inaccurate information via your profile settings.
Delete your account and all personal data directly inside the app — no need to contact us.
Request an export of your personal data in a machine-readable format.
Object to processing of your data for certain purposes.
Request that we limit how we use your data in certain circumstances.
Account deletion is available directly in the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This meets Apple App Store and Google Play account deletion requirements.

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To submit a verifiable consumer request, contact privacy@raizonex.com.
If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, our legal bases for processing your personal data are: performance of a contract (providing the app services), legitimate interests (improving the app, preventing fraud), consent (push notifications), and legal obligation (compliance). You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Raizonex is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@raizonex.com and we will delete that information promptly.
Users between the ages of 13 and 17 may use Raizonex only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
With your permission, we send push notifications about new matches, messages, likes, daily rewards, and streak reminders. You can manage notification preferences at any time:
Disabling push notifications does not affect your ability to use the app.
Spark pack and subscription purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the Profile screen in the app.
Sparks (virtual currency) have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact us immediately at privacy@raizonex.com.
Raizonex operates globally. Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. When we transfer data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable data protection law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page and, where the changes are significant, notify you via a push notification or in-app message. Your continued use of Raizonex after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
