Request permanent deletion of your Raizonex account and all associated personal data
Fastest way to delete your account: Open the Raizonex app → Profile tab → Settings → Delete Account. Your account will be permanently deleted immediately, no waiting required. This page is for users who no longer have access to the app.
The quickest and most immediate way to delete your account is directly inside the Raizonex app. No email or waiting period required — deletion happens instantly.
Launch the app on your iOS or Android device and make sure you are logged in to the account you wish to delete.
Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.

Profile → Settings → Delete AccountRead the confirmation dialog explaining what will be deleted. Tap Confirm Delete, then type DELETE in the text field and confirm. Your account is permanently deleted immediately.
If you no longer have access to the Raizonex app or are unable to complete the in-app deletion, submit your request below. We will process it within 30 days and send a confirmation to your email address.
This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, all personal data is permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
By submitting this form you confirm you are the account holder. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.
When your account is deleted — whether through the app or via this form — the following data handling applies:

Retention period: All personal data is erased immediately upon deletion. Anonymised chat message metadata (with all identifying fields cleared) may remain attached to conversation records held by other users. Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics have no defined retention limit.
