Plain English summary: By using Raizonex you agree to these terms. Be respectful to other users, don't abuse the platform, and don't do anything illegal. We can suspend accounts that violate these rules. Virtual in-app items have no real-world monetary value.
Welcome to Raizonex. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Raizonex mobile application or website at raizonex.com (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must meet the following requirements to use Raizonex:
By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements.
You may create an account using Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or an email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. You may not impersonate another person or use a name that is offensive, vulgar, or otherwise violates these Terms.
You may only maintain one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent a ban, exploit features, or manipulate the platform is prohibited.
You must notify us immediately at support@raizonex.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. Raizonex is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access that occurs through no fault of ours.
By using Raizonex, you agree that we may collect anonymised usage data, crash reports, and session interaction data through third-party analytics and monitoring tools (including Sentry, LogRocket, and Vexo) to improve the service. This collection is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. You may opt out of non-essential analytics (LogRocket and Vexo) by contacting us at privacy@raizonex.com, though this may affect our ability to diagnose issues affecting your account. Crash reporting via Sentry is considered essential for service stability and cannot be disabled.
You may delete your account at any time directly within the app under Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently erased in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You agree to use Raizonex only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination without refund of any purchased Sparks or subscription fees, at our sole discretion.
You are solely responsible for any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service, including your profile information, avatar, bio, gamertag, and messages ("User Content").
By submitting User Content, you grant Raizonex a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. This licence ends when you delete your content or your account.
Your User Content must not:
Raizonex reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, without notice.
The Raizonex matching system is provided for social gaming connection purposes only. We make no guarantee that you will find a match, that any match will be compatible, or that any in-app connection will result in a real-world relationship.
You acknowledge that:
You agree to interact with other users respectfully and in good faith. You may block or report any user who makes you feel uncomfortable using the in-app tools provided.
Raizonex offers a virtual currency called "Sparks" that can be earned through in-app activity or purchased with real money. Sparks can be used to access certain premium features within the Service.
Important: Sparks and all other virtual items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, transferred to other accounts, or redeemed outside of the Service. All purchases of Sparks are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
You do not own any virtual items. You have a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use virtual items solely within the Service. Raizonex may modify, suspend, or discontinue any virtual item at any time without liability.
All purchases are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Raizonex does not store payment card details.
Subscriptions (Plus, Pro, Elite) automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorise Raizonex to charge the applicable subscription fee to your payment method on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Profile screen within the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription time.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will give you reasonable advance notice of any price change. Your continued use of the Service after the price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
All purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection law. To request a refund, contact us at support@raizonex.com.
The Service and all of its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality — including but not limited to the Raizonex name, logo, design, text, graphics, and software — are owned by Raizonex and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Raizonex and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:
In jurisdictions where liability cannot be fully excluded, our total liability to you shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Raizonex in the 12 months preceding the claim or €50 EUR.
Raizonex reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms.
Upon termination:
You may also terminate your use of the Service at any time by deleting your account within the app.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence will apply and cannot be overridden by these Terms.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify you via a push notification or in-app message.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.
