The rules that keep Raizonex a great place for every gamer. Please read and respect them.
The Raizonex community is built on respect, sportsmanship, and a shared love of gaming. These guidelines apply to all users across all features — profiles, messages, communities, LFG groups, and buddy interactions. Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
Raizonex is a place to find teammates, build friendships, and connect over a shared passion for gaming. We want every player — regardless of their skill level, platform, region, gender, or background — to feel welcome and safe.
Our community is guided by three core values:
The following will result in immediate and permanent account termination with no warning, and may be reported to law enforcement:
Child safety violations — Any content that sexualises, exploits, or endangers minors. We report all such content to the appropriate authorities.
Threats of violence — Credible threats of physical harm to any person.
Non-consensual intimate imagery — Sharing or threatening to share intimate images without consent.
Doxxing — Publishing another person's private identifying information (address, phone number, workplace, etc.) without consent.
Targeted coordinated harassment — Organising or participating in harassment campaigns against specific individuals.
Your profile is how the community knows you. It must:
Profiles found to be fake, misleading, or impersonating others will be removed without notice. Repeat offences lead to permanent ban.
You can only message users you have matched with or added as buddies. In all conversations:
If a conversation makes you uncomfortable, use the block button immediately. You can also report the conversation using the ⋯ menu in the chat screen.
Raizonex communities and LFG (Looking for Group) posts are shared spaces. Additional rules apply:
Good communities create great gaming experiences. Be welcoming to new players, share tips, and keep the focus on gaming.
We review reports and take action based on the severity and frequency of violations. Our enforcement tiers are:
In-app warning issued. The content is removed. No further action unless behaviour continues.
Account suspended for 1–30 days depending on severity. Access to all features blocked during suspension.
Account permanently terminated. Any unused Sparks or subscription time is forfeited. The device may be blocked from creating new accounts.
Account permanently terminated immediately with no warning. May be reported to law enforcement. See Section 3.
All enforcement decisions are made by the Raizonex safety team. You may appeal a suspension by emailing support@raizonex.com with "Appeal" in the subject line.
Reporting is the most important tool for keeping Raizonex safe. Every report is reviewed by our team. Here's how to report:
Tap on the profile card in Discover, open a chat, or view a community post.
Tap the three-dot or flag icon to open options. Select Report.
Choose the category that best describes the violation — harassment, fake profile, inappropriate content, spam, etc.
Your report is sent to our safety team. You will not be notified of the outcome, but every report is reviewed. You may also Block the user at the same time to prevent further contact.
For urgent safety concerns or if you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services. You can also email our safety team at support@raizonex.com.
While we work hard to keep Raizonex safe, here are things you can do to protect yourself:
Mental health resources: If you're experiencing distress as a result of interactions on Raizonex, please reach out to a trusted person or mental health resource in your country. You are not alone.
